Due to the custom nature of our products, Gameday Keepsakes does not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

1. Non-Cancelable Products
All custom products are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Process
As all custom orders are final, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

3. Errors in Production
If an error is made during production, we will offer an exchange to correct the issue. Please contact us immediately if you receive a product with production errors.
